Personalised Guidance

Every athlete’s pathway is different. We provide tailored support based on academic goals, sporting level, and long-term outcomes, not a one-size-fits-all approach.

Trusted Expertise

Families and athletes trust Platform for clear advice, honest feedback, and guidance grounded in real experience across U.S. and UK systems.
A Straightforward and Tailored Approach

Trusted by families across New Zealand, Australia, and beyond.

We provide clear guidance through the college sports process, without unnecessary complexity.

Free Consultation

We start by understanding your child’s academic background, sporting level, and goals. In an initial consultation, we assess where they are now and outline what the pathway ahead looks like.

Building an Athlete Profile

A clear and well-presented athlete profile is essential. We use our own profiling tools and recruitment portal to build and manage athlete profiles, allowing performance, academics, and communication to be tracked in one place so coaches can assess athletes properly.

Connecting with College Coaches

We connect athletes with college coaches who are the right fit for their level and goals. From initial introductions to ongoing communication, we help ensure conversations are targeted and meaningful.

Securing Scholarships

We guide families through scholarship discussions and decision-making, helping identify opportunities that align with academic priorities, sporting development, and long-term outcomes.

Ongoing Support Through Graduation

Our support doesn’t stop once an athlete is placed. We continue to provide guidance throughout their college journey, including support around transfers, eligibility questions, and changing circumstances.

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to common questions about the recruitment process. Can’t find the answer you’re looking for? Chat to one of our team.
How do I know which division is right for my child?
Choosing the right division depends on your child's unique combination of athletic ability, academic goals, and personal preferences. Each division—NCAA Division I, II, III, NAIA, or NJCAA—offers different levels of competition, scholarship opportunities, and campus experiences. Our team is here to help you navigate this decision. We’ll assess your child's athletic performance, academic achievements, and long-term aspirations to find the division that aligns best for their goals. This process ensures that they're not just competing but thriving both on and off the field.
What are the timelines for U.S. college recruitment?
The U.S. college recruitment timeline depends on your sport, division, and year of high school. In your freshman and sophomore years (Year 9–10 NZ/AUS), focus on building a strong athletic and academic foundation. By junior year (Year 11 NZ/AUS), start reaching out to college coaches with a polished sports CV and highlight reel. This is when recruitment heats up, with official visits and early evaluations. Senior year (Year 12 NZ/AUS) is about finalising eligibility through the NCAA or NAIA, maintaining communication with coaches, and preparing for signing periods—early signing typically happens in November, with regular signing running from April to August. If needed, post-high school options like Junior Colleges or prep schools can provide additional pathways. Starting early and staying organised ensures you're ready for every opportunity.
How can I support my child during the recruitment process?
Open communication is key. Encourage your child to stay proactive in academics and sports while researching colleges. We provide resources and personalised guidance to help you and your child navigate the process together under our resource hub.
How early should my child start the recruitment process?
Starting early, ideally by their sophomore year, allows for proper planning and time to build a strong athlete profile. However, we work with athletes at all stages to help them make the most of their opportunities.
What if my child wants to transfer colleges?
Transferring can be daunting, but it’s a common step for student-athletes. We provide support throughout the transfer process, helping identify a better fit and guiding you through eligibility requirements.
What financial aid options are available for student-athletes?
Athletic scholarships, academic scholarships, and financial aid packages vary by college and division. Our team can help you understand and maximise these opportunities to ensure the best fit for your family.
