With a practical understanding of both the college system and player development, Mack helps young footballers and their families navigate the pathway with clarity, confidence, and the right guidance.

Bianca is a former U.S. college athlete from New Zealand and a graduate of Post University, where she earned her MBA. She competed across multiple collegiate levels, including experience in both NCAA Division I and Division II programs. After spending six years in the United States, Bianca brings a deep, first-hand understanding of the U.S. college system and is passionate about guiding and supporting young prospective student-athletes through every stage of the college journey.
Leah Bermudez

Leah brings first-hand experience of the U.S. college soccer pathway, having been a standout defender at Gannon University. During her college career, she earned multiple honours, including Gannon Team MVP, D2CCA All-Atlantic Region First Team, and All-PSAC West First Team recognition.
Originally from Canada, Leah has continued her football journey beyond college, gaining semi-professional and professional experience before joining Souths United in Australia’s NPL Queensland Women’s league.
