Tom Bevan is a talented tennis athlete from Wellington, New Zealand, who signed with Platform in 2022 to join the Illinois State University men’s tennis team in the fall of 2023.

ISU has a myriad of impressive athletic and recreational facilities, such as the Redbird Basketball Arena, which seats 10,200 spectators, a student fitness centre, the Redbird Adventure Centre, and a bowling and billiards centre!
Prior to becoming a part of the ISU men’s tennis team, Tom Bevan served as the captain of both the Wellington College 1sts Tennis Team and the U17 Nationals Teams Event. Furthermore, he achieved recognition as a finalist for the 2022 College Sport Wellington Tennis Player of the Year and secured a gold medal at the U17 National Teams Event. These notable achievements mark the beginning of an exciting new chapter for him at ISU, and we eagerly anticipate what he will accomplish in the upcoming seasons!
